LOGOS FOR E-MAILS
Guidelines
- If you are writing an e-mail related to World Kidney Day, you may wish to insert logos within the body text of your message. For example, you can add the WKD logo at the top and ISN/IFKF logos at the bottom. This can be done in Outlook using the following steps:
- Unzip the “Logos4email” files below and save them to your computer.
- Open a new e-mail message and go to “format” on the top menu to make sure you are in HTML (inserting pictures is not possible in the “Plain Text” format), then place your cursor in the body of the text message where you want to insert the logo.
- Go to the top menu, select “insert” -> “picture”
- Browse to find the logo on your computer, click on “open”, then click on “OK”.
- Please keep in mind that HTML messages with inserted pictures might be rejected if the recipients have small storage capacity in their inboxes or tight limits on the size of incoming messages. Also, if the e-mail is sent to more than 20 persons at one time it might trigger anti-spam filters.
- For more details download all the guidelines in one PDF.
