Risk Checklist Guidelines
DESCRIPTION
- In line with our focus on screening and early detection, thekidney risk check list has been developed to highlight the riskfactors that can cause Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
USE
- Disseminate copies at local events;
- Provide copies to local physicians via your national physiciansocieties;
- Post in hospitals, clinics or in toilets;
- Use the poster as an ad in print publications: Medicaljournals, newspapers etc.
- Seek sponsorship from local companies to print additionalcopies.
FORMAT
- The size of the poster is A3 (29.7 x 42 cm).
- The poster comes in 2 versions: full color and black &white.
- For each version, we are providing both a high-resolution PDFin English which cannot be altered and a QuarkXpress file. TheQuarkXpress and its supporting Photoshop and vector graphics files will allow you to adapt the poster to your needs.
