Online fundraising

Check out the online store that NKF has created in partnership with Cafepress. All sorts of World Kidney Day branded items, from T-shirts to mugs and bags are on sale. The funds go to NKF. If you want to raise funds for your local association, don't hesitate to do the same, and to contact an online company like Cafepress!

Post pictures, videos and articles

• Post your video on your World Kidney Day page, on YouTube, or directly on the website of international media outlets, who use private videos more and more.

Ad Hoc actions:

• Put WKD flyers or a poster in:
  • in the lobby of your company
  • in the lobby of your hotel
  • in your waiting room
  • at your school
  • at the entrance of your religious centre
  • at your insurance company
  • at your bank etc.
• Have a kidney educative class in your school
• Ask your post office company to create a World Kidney Day stamp
• Broadcast WKD video or images on a screen in a pharmacy or in public transportation

Events in your city

• A human chain on a main public square
• Light up a building
• Ring the bell of your town hall or church
• A race/ a walk
• A charity dinner to raise money for a local foundation
• Coffee morning
• Kidney quiz night
• Pamper parties
• Book sales
