Could you help me please?

Hi , I'm new here but, not new on dialysis , I use to travel every year to a defrents countries, specially London, but now no any more, because in London the hospitals refuse to provide me a solutions, for let you know, l'm using a home solution for peritoneal dialysis
Dianeal PD4 Glucose 1.36, 2.27, 3.86% w/v/ 13.6, 22.7, 38.6mg/ml 
Which has a yellow cup, I'm from Algeria and planing to fly this summer to London for 2 weeks, but I don't have my solution, I have a cousin in London , he tried to talk to baxter, to buy some for me but they refused, he also went to fire hospitals there, but also they refuse too,
