Event Description
The Kidney Foundation Saint John Chapter invites you to come celebrate "World Kidney Day" with us on Thursday March 10th 7:30am at the Trade & Convention Centre for a full gourmet breakfast. Tickets are only $20 and can be purchased by calling The Kidney Foundation at 634-0519.
"Protect your kidneys, Save your heart" is this year's theme. You will hear a Nephrologist speak on this issue, a gentleman talk on being involved in the "Paired kidney Donor Exchange Program" and a speaker from the Province of NB will give information about signing up to be an organ donor.
You will find this "awareness" event truly worth attending. Kidney disease has tripled in the last 20 years. Lets try to be more aware of how important our kidneys really are!!!
